We are looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for optimization and audit of a network using the specific tools to meet the customer requirements, hereby is responsible to keep performance and quality according to Ericsson standards and Customer contract.

You will

Perform network monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting activities
KPI high level analysis and reporting
Capacity & performance analysis and reporting
Network performance improvement proposals and implementation
End-user Quality of Service Optimization, customer complaint analysis and solving
Modify and reconfigure database of GSM, UMTS and LTE nodes
Periodical audits of Radio parameters and correction of inconsistencies
Neighbor plan periodical analysis and correction
Support for HW/SW acceptance tests
Special events preparation, tuning, monitoring and reporting
New/modified site fine tuning and acceptance
Benchmark analysis & report

To be successful in the role you must have

University Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of cellular network's design, implementation and/or optimization.
Familiar with mobile networks architecture
Cross-group collaboration skills
Good understanding of radio environment related to mobile communications.
Good knowledge of 2G/3G/4G radio systems, 5G is a plus - Experience on 2G, 3G, 4G Ericsson vendor equipment (OSS/ENM)
Experience with different Cell Planning & Performance Management Tools (TEMS, Actix, GIS, etc.);
Proficient in English, written and spoken
Good presentation & communication skills
Fast adaptation and abnormal case solving
Build and lead positive relationships with internal/external customer
Knowledge sharing, developing others & collaboration skills
Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands
